On September 22, 2025, United Food & Commercial Workers Local No. 7 (UFCW) disclosed a data breach that affected 55,747 individuals. UFCW Local 7, which represents members across Colorado and Wyoming, discovered suspicious activity on its network on December 11, 2024. An investigation revealed unauthorized access to certain data on December 10, 2024.
After a data review, it was confirmed that personal information, including names and Social Security numbers, was compromised in the United Food & Commercial Workers Local No. 7 data breach.
