Integrity Testing Security Incident: What Happened?
Integrity Testing & Safety Administrators Inc., a Michigan-based provider of workplace drug and alcohol testing, has announced a data breach involving unauthorized network access that occurred around March 27, 2025.
Letters sent to those impacted state that the affected data was held by Integrity for drug testing purposes in connection with individuals’ actual or prospective employment. A letter submitted to the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office states that Frontier Airlines was one of the data owners (that is, Integrity clients) impacted.
By August 1, 2025, it was confirmed that files containing personal details were compromised. The Integrity Testing & Safety Administrators data breach may have exposed full names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, and driver's license numbers.
