Harley-Davidson Data Breach? Lawsuit Investigation
Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of reports of a possible Harley-Davidson data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who believe their information may have been put at risk, including current and former Harley-Davidson employees.
Reports Emerge of Possible Harley-Davidson Security Breach
Harley-Davidson, a Wisconsin-based motorcycle manufacturer and distributor, may have suffered a data breach.
According to a September 10, 2026 post on dark web security site Ransomware.live, hacker group Cl0p was behind the suspected attack, which was estimated to have occurred the same day the post was made.
Breachsense, another dark web monitoring site, similarly reported that Cl0p claimed to be responsible for an attack on the iconic motorcycle brand.
At the time this post was made, no additional information was available about the scope or nature of the unconfirmed Harley-Davidson data breach.
What You Can Do
If you're affiliated with Harley-Davidson and suspect your information could have been put at risk, attorneys want to hear from you. You may be able to start a class action lawsuit to recover compensation for loss of privacy, lost time, out-of-pocket costs, and more.
A successful case could also force Harley-Davidson to ensure they take proper steps to protect the information they were entrusted with.
