Mega Bonanza: Players Tricked into Spending Money?

Although Mega Bonanza is touted as the “ultimate destination for social casino lovers,” attorneys working with ClassAction.org have reason to believe the website may be an illegal online gambling platform in disguise. Specifically, they suspect Mega Bonanza could be misleading players by representing the platform as “completely free” without warning users of the risks, including that they could lose real money. Find out how you can take action.

Frigidaire Range Not Heating to Desired Temperature?

A proposed class action lawsuit claims that certain Frigidaire gas ranges fail to reach set oven temperatures due to a defect. Specifically, the case alleges that temperatures settle approximately 25 to 30 degrees cooler than what the user inputs. This page has all the details on the allegations and affected model numbers.

Lawsuit Challenges Mott’s “100% Juice” Claims

A lawsuit filed last month is claiming that the company behind Mott’s Apple Juice has mislabeled its product as “100% juice.” According to the case, Mott’s Apple Juice contains the synthetic ingredient ascorbic acid, a food additive typically used for flavoring and preservation that, by law, must be properly disclosed to the consumer. Under Armour Sued Over Recent Data Breach

Under Armour is facing a proposed class action lawsuit after a November 2025 cyberattack exposed hundreds of gigabytes of sensitive data, which may include information belonging to customers and employees.
