The Awakenings Counseling data breach was reported to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on November 7, 2025, with the practice indicating that 17,800 people were affected.
Awakenings, which has offices in Raleigh and Greensboro, North Carolina, offers a range of therapy and counseling services, including marriage counseling, sex therapy, relationship advice and family counseling.
