According to a notice posted on the company’s website, Morton Drug Company detected an incident impacting its IT systems on August 20, 2025. A third-party investigation of the Morton Drug Company data breach, concluded on October 21, 2025, found that certain patient data was involved, including names, addresses, prescription information and, in some cases, Social Security numbers.
Morton Drug Company is notifying individuals whose personal information may have been involved in the incident.
