The Redeemer Health tracking pixel class action settlement received preliminary approval from the court on September 5, 2025 and covers approximately 90,000 Redeemer Health patients who used the healthcare system’s patient portal or submitted forms through its website between January 1, 2019 and March 21, 2023. According to settlement documents, the affected pages include the following:

- The Redeemer website “button” that links users to the patient portal login and patient portals themselves; and
- “Contact Us” forms and “Schedule Appointment” forms.
The court-authorized website for the Redeemer Health tracking pixel class action settlement can be found at RedeemerHPixelSettlement.com.
Redeemer Health settlement class members who submit a timely, valid claim form are eligible to receive two benefits: one year of enrollment in credit monitoring service CyEx Privacy Shield Pro and a one-time cash payment of $25. Class members can choose to receive the cash payment electronically or by check.
To submit a claim form, class members can visit the settlement website and enter the unique ID and PIN from their settlement notice. Alternatively, those who prefer to mail a paper copy can download the claim form from this page and mail it to the address listed on the form.
Claim forms should be submitted online or postmarked by January 9, 2026.
The settlement agreement stipulates that moving forward, Redeemer Health will implement all necessary measures to ensure that all tracking pixels on their website comply with HIPAA.
The court will determine whether to grant final approval at a hearing scheduled for February 9, 2026. Compensation is typically distributed after a settlement receives final approval and any appeals are resolved.
The Redeemer Health tracking pixel class action lawsuit alleged that Redeemer Health’s website included multiple tracking pixels, including the Meta Pixel. The original complaint argued that these pixels covertly transmitted private health information to third parties, such as Facebook and Google, in clear violation of HIPAA privacy laws.
