Xsolis Data Breach: Lawsuit Investigation
Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the Xsolis data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who had their information exposed in the incident, including those who received notice of the Xsolis data breach or otherwise believe they are affected.
Xsolis Security Incident: What Happened?
Xsolis, which provides artificial intelligence-based case management services to healthcare organizations, has disclosed a data breach resulting from a phishing attack.
According to a webpage set up by Xsolis, the company became aware of unauthorized activity on its network on January 22, 2026 resulting from a phishing incident that occurred two days prior, on January 20. An investigation determined that, during the Xsolis data breach, files containing names, addresses, dates of birth, health insurance information, Social Security numbers, and medical treatment information were stolen by an unauthorized actor. The information involved varies from person to person.
Xsolis’s Dragonfly platform is used by over 600 hospitals and organizations including Advent Health, Beacon Health System, Carle Health, Honor Health, Mayo Clinic, and MLK Community Healthcare.
Xsolis will be mailing notification letters to potentially affected individuals.
