Comprehensive Care Services (CCS), a perfusion services and cardiovascular surgery support company partnered with hospitals across the United States, may have suffered a data breach.
According to an August 31, 2026 post on dark web security site Ransomware.live, hacker group Brain Cipher claimed to be responsible for an attack on the company behind CCSPerfusion.com, which was estimated to have occurred the same day the post was made.
HookPhish, another cybersecurity blog, similarly reported that Brain Cipher was behind the suspected attack on CCS.
At the time this post was made, no additional information was available about the scope or nature of the unconfirmed Comprehensive Care Services data breach.
