Pennsylvania Farm Bureau Security Incident: What Happened?
Pennsylvania Farm Bureau, an agricultural association based in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, has disclosed a data breach that may have compromised personal information. A suspicious event identified on December 5, 2024 prompted the organization to initiate an investigation with cybersecurity experts. The findings revealed that unauthorized access to certain files may have occurred on December 4, 2024. A subsequent review determined on May 7, 2025 that personal information might have been exposed.
The Pennsylvania Farm Bureau data breach potentially affected Social Security numbers, financial account details, and driver's license information, according to a report posted by the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation. A data breach report provided to the Maine Attorney General indicates that 17,144 people may have been impacted.
