Blue Yonder Data Breach?:
Lawsuit Investigation
Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the recent Blue Yonder cyberattack.
Supply chain management software provider Blue Yonder reported on November 22, 2024 that it had been the victim of a ransomware incident that impacted its managed services hosted environment. According to a notice posted on the company's website, Blue Yonder detected disruptions to the environment on November 21 and engaged the help of cybersecurity firms to restore its systems.
The Blue Yonder cyberattack has reportedly disrupted operations for many of the company's thousands of clients, including Starbucks. Blue Yonder provides supply chain solutions for grocery stores, retailers, manufacturers and logistics companies, among others.
Blue Yonder has not indicated whether any personal information was exposed in the cyberattack, but attorneys are now looking to speak with employees of the company's clients whose data could potentially be at risk.
Blue Yonder's customers include the following companies:

If you work for one of the companies mentioned above, attorneys want to hear from you. If your data was exposed, you may be able to start a class action lawsuit to recover compensation for loss of privacy, time spent dealing with the breach, out-of-pocket costs, and more.
A successful case could also force Blue Yonder to ensure it takes proper steps to protect the information it was entrusted with.
