| Mastercard and Visa have agreed to settle a class action that alleged the companies forbade independent ATM operators from charging cheaper access fees for cash withdrawals processed on non-Visa and non-Mastercard networks in violation of federal and state antitrust laws. If you paid a surcharge (or “access fee”) for a cash withdrawal at a non-bank-owned ATM between 2007 and 2026, you could be eligible to file a claim. Learn more here. |
