Attorneys Investigate Kratom 7-OH Injuries

In our latest issue, we’re taking a look at kratom—specifically 7-OH products, which have been linked to serious complications, including addiction and overdose.

From there, attorneys are investigating data privacy claims involving the Weight Watchers website and whether VistaPrint is sending “fake” limited-time sales emails. More on these stories below.

We also have information on a new lawsuit claiming WWE misled people about how much it would cost to stream its live events. To wrap things up, we have the latest class action settlements you may be able to claim.

Addiction or Other Harm from 7-OH? Take Action

Attorneys are pursuing lawsuits on behalf of individuals who suffered serious harm, including overdose, seizures, addiction and heart attack, from use of 7-OH products. They believe the manufacturers placed these synthetic, concentrated kratom products on the market without adequate warnings and are now responsible for the resulting harm. If you or a loved one was injured from 7-OH use, find out more about taking action.

Is Your Data Safe on WeightWatchers.com?

Attorneys suspect that Weight Watchers may be sharing users’ personal and medical information with third parties—including Meta and Google—without consent. They believe that this suspected data sharing practice could violate multiple state and federal privacy laws. This page outlines how affected parties can take action.

MD, WA Residents: Received Emails from VistaPrint?

Is VistaPrint pressuring consumers into making purchases by emailing them about limited-time sales that end up being extended? It’s possible that these messages could violate state laws in Washington and Maryland, which prohibit sending emails with misleading subject lines. If you live in either Maryland or Washington and got sales emails from VistaPrint, this page has more information on what you can do.

Lawsuit Filed Over Cost to Stream Live WWE Events
