The court-approved website for the Apple settlement can be found at LopezVoiceAssistantSettlement.com.
The $95,000,000 Apple Siri settlement covers any current or former owner or purchaser of a Siri-enabled device who resides in the United States or its territories and whose confidential communications were obtained by Apple and/or shared with third parties as a result of an unintended Siri activation between September 17, 2014 and December 31, 2024.
The class action settlement resolves allegations that users of Siri-enabled devices—including iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, MacBooks, iMacs, HomePods, iPod Touches and Apple TVs—have had their private conversations recorded by Apple and shared with third parties without consent, particularly at times when Siri was activated accidentally.
According to court documents, the deal will provide relief to a class of tens of millions of consumers.

To receive an Apple settlement payout, class members can file a claim form online through the official settlement website. At this time, the claims portal is not open on the court-approved settlement website, which is live but appears to be under construction.
ClassAction.org will update this page when the time comes for eligible consumers to submit an Apple Siri settlement claim form.
The deadline to file an Apple Siri settlement claim form is June 30, 2025.
Class members who submit a timely, valid claim form will receive a pro-rated Apple Siri settlement payout based on the number of devices that experienced an unintended Siri activation.
Class members may file a claim form for up to five Siri-enabled products for which they experienced an accidental Siri activation during a private conversation, with a $20 cap per device. Individual Apple settlement payout amounts will increase or decrease depending on the total number of submitted claims.
As part of the deal, the agreement relays, Apple has also agreed to permanently delete individual Siri audio recordings collected prior to October 2019 and publish a webpage explaining how consumers can opt in to the “Improve Siri” option on their device and what data the company stores from users who do so.
The court preliminarily approved the Apple settlement on February 10, 2025. A final approval hearing is scheduled for August 1, 2025. Typically, settlement payouts are distributed to eligible class members after a deal is ultimately approved by the court and any appeals are resolved.
