The Ideal Image class action settlement received preliminary approval on February 13, 2026 and covers all individuals residing in the United States who used IdealImage.com to schedule a consultation for services between January 1, 2023 and February 13, 2026.
The court-approved website for the Ideal Image data tracking settlement can be found at IdealImageSettlement.com.
According to the website, Ideal Image settlement class members who file a timely, valid claim form are eligible to receive a one-time cash payment of up to $17. The agreement reports that this payment may be subject to a pro-rated reduction should the number of valid claims filed exceed the amount provided in the settlement fund.
Ideal Image class members may elect to receive their payout via check or electronic payment; the agreement notes that all checks must be cashed within 180 days of issuance before expiration.
To file an Ideal Image settlement claim form online, class members can head to this page and enter the class member ID provided on their received copy of the settlement notice. Alternatively, class members may download a PDF of the claim form from the settlement site to print, fill out and return by mail to the address of the settlement administrator listed near the top of the document.
All Ideal Image data tracking settlement claim forms must be submitted online or by mail by April 27, 2026.
Finally, as part of the settlement, Ideal Image has also agreed to cease using tracking technologies that disclose site visitors’ private information to third parties without their consent.
The court will determine whether to grant final approval to the Ideal Image class action settlement following a hearing on June 17, 2026. Compensation will begin to be distributed to class members only after final approval is granted and any appeals process is resolved.
The Ideal Image class action lawsuit alleged that the Florida-based medical spa offering services such as laser hair removal, Botox, and facials embedded tracking technologies onto its website, including the Meta pixel. The filing claimed that these trackers collected and shared consumers’ private information when scheduling consultations in violation of the Florida Security of Communications Act, California Invasion of Privacy Act and Electronic Communications Privacy Act.
