Ideal Image has been hit with a lawsuit filed by a former lead sales consultant who alleges she was deprived of proper compensation for overtime work.

Ideal Image has been hit with a proposed collective action filed by a former lead sales consultant who alleges she was deprived of proper compensation for overtime work.
The lawsuit says the plaintiff was responsible for selling laser hair removal and other cosmetic services out of the company’s Atlanta treatment center. According to the case, the defendant knowingly permits its lead sales consultants, traveling sales consultants and those in similar positions to clock over 40 hours each week without paying time-and-a-half overtime wages.

Women who developed ovarian or uterine cancer after using hair relaxers such as Dark & Lovely and Motions may now have an opportunity to take legal action.
