Wonder CPA Firm PC has disclosed a significant data breach that potentially impacted individuals' personal information, including names, addresses, dates of birth and Social Security numbers. In notice letters about the Wonder CPA data breach, the firm specifically notes that it may possess someone's information if they or a business they worked for received tax, accounting or payroll services.
The company, based in San Antonio, announced a possible breach was first discovered on July 1, 2024, prompting an investigation. Analysis revealed on October 16, 2024 that personal details may have been exposed.
