Reports Emerge of Possible UEI College Security Breach
Emerging reports indicate that UEI College has suffered a data breach that may have exposed sensitive information. According to a May 30, 2026 post on Ransomware.live, threat actor Termite has claimed responsibility for the possible UEI College data breach, which was estimated to have occurred on May 29, 2026.
Though obfuscated, the Ransomware.live post includes a screenshot of supposed evidence posted by Termite.
UEI College, with 22 campuses across seven states, had not confirmed the reported cyberattack at the time this post was made.
