Eyemart Express Security Incident: What Happened?
Eyemart Express, whose family of brands includes Eyewear Express, Vision4Less, and Visionmart Express, has reported a data breach.
According to a report submitted to the Texas Attorney General's Office on April 17, 2026, the Eyemart Express data breach compromised names, addresses, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, medical information, health insurance information, and birth dates.
Prior to the April 17 confirmation of the breach, a March 10 post on Rankiteo revealed that threat actor Payouts King reportedly took responsibility for the Eyemart Express data breach and claimed to have exfiltrated 435 GB of data from the company.
Eyemart Express operates over 250 stores across 42 states.
