Acadia Healthcare Security Incident: What Happened?
Acadia Healthcare Company, which manages a network of 258 behavioral health facilities across 38 states and Puerto Rico, has reported a data security incident involving patient information.

The information potentially compromised in the Acadia Healthcare data breach includes names, addresses, dates of birth, treatment information, health insurance information, and Medicare Health Insurance Claim Numbers, which may include Social Security numbers.
