Attorneys working with ClassAction.org have reason to believe that Credit Genie—despite claiming to offer its service with “no interest, ever”—may be charging various fees that ultimately amount to illegally high interest rates on its cash advances. Lawsuit Alleges Baby Brezza Formula Maker Defect

The Baby Brezza formula maker is the subject of a recently filed lawsuit that alleges the machine can dispense too little formula powder, which can cause bottles made with the device to be diluted and leave infants at risk of losing or failing to gain weight.
