Uber & Lyft Sexual Assault Legal Investigation

Contaminated Lettuce: Taco Bell, Taylor Farms Face Lawsuit

Taylor Farms and Taco Bell have been hit with a proposed class action amid a nationwide cyclosporiasis outbreak allegedly linked to contaminated iceberg lettuce Taylor Farms produced and supplied to the fast-food chain. The case claims that Taylor Farms deceptively sold and distributed contaminated iceberg lettuce while representing it as suitable for consumption and that Taco Bell served the affected lettuce to consumers as an ordinary, safe ingredient in its menu items. Lawsuit: Apple “Hide My Email” Feature Doesn’t Work
A recently filed lawsuit is alleging that Apple has failed to disclose that its Hide My Email feature, which is supposed to conceal users’ email addresses from third parties, doesn’t work as advertised, given that any email address disguised by the feature can be revealed by “almost anyone.” The suit claims that Apple has been fully aware of the Hide My Email flaw for over a year.
