PayByPhone Lawsuit Says Parking Countdown Starts Before Payment PayByPhone US has been hit with a proposed class action lawsuit that claims the cashless parking app misleads consumers by starting the time on parking meters before payment has been made, meaning users don’t get as much time as they paid for. The lawsuit contends that the tactic is so subtle that people likely won’t pick up on it until after the payment is made, if at all. Read up on the allegations here. |

| | ~ In Case You Missed It ~ Ferrara Candy: Arsenic Concerns Spark Lawsuit A proposed class action lawsuit is claiming that there are toxic levels of arsenic in some Ferrara candy products, including certain Sweet Tarts, Nerds, Laffy Taffy, and Trolli gummies, and that consumers were never made aware. According to the suit, although auto manufacturers specify a particular engine oil viscosity for their vehicles, Valvoline frequently uses Valvoline-brand motor oil with different viscosities when performing oil changes.
