Uponor PEX – New Lawsuit Incoming?

In this issue, we’ll touch on how attorneys may be able to start a new class action lawsuit against Uponor over its PEX piping. More on that below.

Uponor PEX Problems? Help the Investigation

Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are investigating whether a new class action can be filed on behalf of people who experienced leaking or other problems with Uponor AquaPEX piping. Hidden Fees for Paying Car Loans Online?

Several companies that offer auto loans are currently under investigation for potentially violating borrowers’ rights. Specifically, attorneys suspect GM Financial, Consumer Portfolio Services, DriveTime (Bridgecrest Credit), Credit Acceptance Corporation, American Credit Acceptance and Santander may have failed to properly disclose fees charged to consumers who pay their auto loans through the companies’ respective online payment portals.
