| ~ In Other News ~ A proposed class action lawsuit accuses health and wellness company Whoop, Inc. of unlawfully disclosing to a third party the sensitive personal data of its fitness tracker and app users. The lawsuit says that information including stress levels, resting heart rate, blood oxygen levels and other vital health indicators are captured through Whoop’s wearable device and then shared without consent.
