The $5 million European Wax Center class action settlement received preliminary approval from the court on April 2, 2026. The settlement covers all United States residents who visited www.WaxCenter.com, including those who booked an appointment online, from June 30, 2023 through April 2, 2026.
The court-approved website for the European Wax Center (EWC) pixel settlement can be found at EWCDigitalSettlement.com.
According to the website, EWC settlement class members who file a valid, timely claim form can receive up to $10 from the deal. The final value of this cash payout may decrease depending on the total number of valid claims filed, the website says.
To file an EWC settlement claim form online, class members can head to this page and log in using the class member ID found on their copy of the settlement notice. Alternatively, class members can download a PDF of the claim form to print, fill out and return by mail to the address of the settlement administrator.
All European Wax Center settlement claim forms must be submitted online or by mail by June 30, 2026.
The court will determine whether to grant final approval to the European Wax Center settlement following a hearing on July 15, 2026. Compensation will begin to be distributed to class members only after final approval is granted and any appeals are resolved.
The European Wax Center class action lawsuit alleged that the corporation behind the nationwide chain of hair removal and cosmetics centers surreptitiously embedded tracking technologies into its website, including the Meta Pixel, to track visitors’ private information and share the data with third parties without consent.
