Animation Sharks Sued Over ‘Junk’ Fax Advertisements
September 15, 2017 An Illinois consumer has filed suit against Sprite Entertainment, Inc. (which does business as Animation Sharks) claiming the defendant sent her an illegal fax advertisement without her prior consent in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
