The AllTrust class action settlement received preliminary court approval on December 3, 2025, and covers all individuals residing in the United States who received a notice from AllTrust informing them that their private information may have been compromised in the February 2024 data breach.
The court-approved website for the AllTrust data breach settlement can be found at AllTrustDataIncidentSettlement.com.
According to settlement documents, AllTrust settlement class members who submit a timely, valid claim form have multiple options for reimbursement.
Class members who submit with their claim form documented proof of ordinary out-of-pocket losses are eligible to receive a one-time cash payment of up to $2,500, also called “Cash Payment A” on all court documents. The settlement site notes that reimbursable losses must have been incurred because of the February 2024 data breach and cannot be covered by any other settlement benefit, or previous products and services offered under the AllTrust notification letter.
In lieu of a documented loss payment, class members can instead submit a claim form for a one-time alternative cash payment of approximately $25, also called “Cash Payment B” on all court documents. The final amount of this payout, the settlement agreement notes, will be determined by the total number of claims filed subject to an aggregate cap of $200,000 for all flat-cash payouts.
In addition to Cash Payment A or Cash Payment B, settlement class members residing in California may also file a claim to receive a one-time cash payment of approximately $50 as a California statutory claim payment. The final amount of this payout, the settlement agreement notes, will be determined by the total number of claims filed subject to an aggregate cap of $100,000 for all statutory claim payouts.
Finally, the settlement reports that all class members may file a claim to enroll in one free year of CyEx Financial Shield Pro, which includes credit monitoring, dark web scanning, security freezing assistance, identity theft insurance, and access to fraud resolution agents.
To submit an AllTrust settlement claim form online, class members can visit this page and enter the notice ID and confirmation code from their copy of the settlement notice. Alternatively, class members can download a PDF claim form to print, fill out, and return by mail to the settlement administrator.
All AllTrust settlement claim forms must be submitted online or postmarked by March 3, 2026.
A hearing to determine whether the court will grant final approval to the AllTrust data breach settlement is scheduled for March 16, 2026. Compensation will begin to be distributed after final approval is granted and any appeals are resolved.
The AllTrust class action lawsuit alleged that the financial services provider failed to protect the sensitive consumer information stored on its systems, leading to a February 2024 data breach that exposed personal information, including names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, dates of birth, government-issued ID numbers, financial account numbers, and email usernames and passwords.
