According to the website, Land Air Sea Systems settlement class members who file a valid, timely claim form are eligible to receive a one-time, pro-rated cash payment from the net settlement fund after the payment of attorneys’ fees, settlement administration costs, lead plaintiff service awards and litigation expenses. The agreement reports that the value of this cash payment will be limited to $45 per product purchased per class member.
Settlement class members may elect to receive their cash payout via check or electronic payment upon filing a claim, and all checks must be cashed within 60 days of issuance before expiration, the agreement states.

All Land Air Sea Systems settlement claim forms must be submitted online or by mail by March 4, 2026.
The court will determine whether to grant final approval to the Land Air Sea Systems settlement following a hearing on March 18, 2026. Compensation will begin to be distributed to class members only after final approval is granted and any appeals are resolved.
The Land Air Sea Systems class action lawsuit alleged that the GPS manufacturer falsely advertised that the products sold on its website and on Amazon.com were “Made in the USA” or “Manufactured in the USA” when they contained a significant amount of imported components, in violation of a host of state consumer protection laws.
