Radegast Hall, LLC and an individual with control over the business have been hit with a proposed class and collective action lawsuit alleging they broke federal and New York labor laws. The plaintiff claims he was employed by the defendants for approximately four years and was primarily responsible for general upkeep of Radegast Hall, including cleaning the premises and fixing broken items. Despite working 50 hours per week, the plaintiff claims he received straight time for his overtime hours, rather than time-and-a-half. The man further claims that he did not receive accurate wage statements and was paid primarily in cash.
