A former technician and installer for Uptown Communications & Electric, Inc. has filed suit against the company and its two owners over allegedly unpaid overtime wages.

The man alleges he worked 60 hours or more per week from 2012 to July 2018 without time-and-a-half overtime pay. Additionally, the suit claims the defendants deprived the plaintiff of required wage statements for each pay period and maintained inaccurate payroll records.
