Up To $4.26M Refresco Beverages Settlement Ends Lawsuit Over Job Posting Info

Refresco Beverages has signed on to an up to $4,265,000 settlement to end a class action lawsuit that alleged the drink manufacturer failed to disclose required information about wage scales, salary ranges and benefits to job applicants in Washington.

The up to $4,265,000 Refresco Beverages class action settlement received preliminary court approval on June 5, 2026.

The deal covers all individuals who, between January 1, 2023 and June 5, 2026, applied for a job opening for a position with Refresco Beverages in Washington where the job posting did not disclose the wage scale or salary range and/or a general description of benefits for the position.

The court-approved website for the Refresco Beverages class action settlement can be found at RefrescoSettlement.com.

Refresco Beverages settlement class members who submit a timely, valid claim form can receive an estimated $1,724.39 pro rata cash payment.

The final amount of each class member’s cash payout will be determined based on the total number of valid claims filed, among other factors.

To submit a Refresco Beverages settlement claim form online, class members can head to this page and enter the login ID and PIN found on their copy of the settlement notice. Alternatively, class members can fill out and submit the paper claim form they received with their notice and return it by mail to the settlement administrator.

All Refresco Beverages claim forms must be submitted online or postmarked by September 14, 2026.

The court will determine whether to grant final approval to the Refresco Beverage settlement following a hearing on October 23, 2026. Compensation will begin to be distributed to class members only after final approval has been granted and any appeals have been resolved.

The Refresco Beverages class action lawsuit alleged that the beverage manufacturing company failed to disclose required information about wages and benefits in job postings for open positions in Washington in violation of the state’s Equal Pay and Opportunities Act.
