System One Holdings, LLC is on the receiving end of a former employee’s proposed collective action in which he claims he is owed unpaid overtime wages.
System One Holdings, LLC is on the receiving end of a former employee’s proposed collective action in which he claims he is owed unpaid overtime wages. The plaintiff says he worked for the staffing firm between December 2014 and September 2016 and was paid $65 per hour for all hours worked. According to the suit, the plaintiff should have been paid time-and-a-half wages for the hours he worked above 40.
