A current employee of MCS Leasing Inc. has filed suit against the company claiming he is owed an estimated $16,200.00 in unpaid overtime wages. The man says he works for the defendant, which does business as Family Rentals, as a laborer and delivery driver responsible for delivering rental products to customers. According to the suit, the plaintiff puts in more than 40 – and sometimes as many as 60 – hours per week, but is paid only his regular hourly rate of $12.00 for all hours worked instead of receiving time-and-a-half overtime wages for every hour worked past 40.
