The court-approved website for the Arcis Golf data breach settlement can be found at ArcisGolfSettlement.com.
The deal with the company, which operates dozens of private, resort and public golf clubs nationwide, covers a class of approximately 53,334 United States residents who were sent notice by Arcis that their personal information may have been compromised in the Arcis Golf data breach.
To receive Arcis Golf settlement benefits, eligible class members must file a valid claim form online or by mail by October 21, 2025.
Consumers can submit an Arcis settlement claim form online on this page. Those who prefer to file by mail can download a PDF claim form, call 1-888-333-7271 to request a paper copy, or fill out and return the claim form attached to the personalized settlement notice they were issued about the deal.
Online claim form submission requires a unique claim ID and PIN, which can also be found in the settlement notice.

According to the official Arcis settlement website, class members can submit a claim form for reimbursement of up to $5,000 for documented out-of-pocket losses that are “fairly traceable” to the data breach and have not already been reimbursed. Per the site, qualifying losses may include costs incurred as a result of identity theft, fraud or other possible misuse of private information; expenses for credit monitoring, identity theft protection or credit reporting services incurred since November 13, 2023; notary, fax, postage, mileage or telephone fees; and other miscellaneous charges.
In addition, consumers may file a claim form to receive a pro-rated $50 cash payment, the website says. The payout amount may be adjusted depending on the total number of valid claims that are submitted and is capped at $300, the site notes.
A combined claim for both options of settlement benefits—that is, expense reimbursement and an Arcis settlement payment—is subject to the $5,000 maximum, the website shares.
Moreover, as part of the deal, Arcis has implemented certain measures to remedy its data security in response to the incident, the settlement agreement states.
The agreement, which resolves the lawsuit against Arcis, received preliminary approval from the court on June 23, 2025. Next, the court will decide whether to grant final approval to the terms of the deal at a hearing on November 12, 2025.
The website says that settlement benefits will be issued to eligible class members only if the deal becomes final, and after any appeals are resolved.
