Posh Group settlement class members who file a timely, valid claim form will be able to receive a pro-rata, or equal-share, portion of the $900,000 settlement fund, after the payment of legal fees and lead plaintiff awards, based on the number of unauthorized texts received per person. Court documents estimate that this payment may be up to $52.94 per text message.
To submit a claim form online, class members can visit this page on the settlement website and log in with the unique claim number and PIN found in their copy of the settlement notice.

Additionally, Posh Group, as part of the class action settlement, has agreed to adopt policy and procedure changes to ensure that its marketing is aligned with the relevant laws and regulations.
A hearing is set for August 25, 2025 to determine whether the settlement will receive final court approval. Payments will begin to be distributed to class members only after final approval is granted and any appeals are resolved.
The Posh Group class action lawsuit claimed that the event management and marketing platform sent marketing and sales texts to various phone numbers even after those users had already opted out of Posh’s text messages, in violation of the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
