$9.37M+ Concora Credit Settlement Wraps Up Lawsuit Over Alleged Prerecorded Phone Calls

A $9.37M+ class action settlement offers cash to consumers who received phone calls from Concora Credit that used an artificial or prerecorded voice.
Concora Credit Inc. has agreed to a $9,375,000 class action settlement to wrap up litigation that alleged the credit card servicer called non-accountholders’ cell phones using an artificial or prerecorded voice without consent, in violation of the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

The Concora Credit class action settlement received preliminary approval from the court on August 5, 2026. Eligible for the settlement are all individuals in the United States to whom Concora Credit placed, or caused to be placed, a call directed to a telephone number assigned to a cellular telephone service, but not assigned to a Concora accountholder, in connection with which Concora used, or caused to be used, an artificial or prerecorded voice at any time from May 2, 2021 through May 31, 2026.
Court documents, citing data provided by the defendant, state that approximately 147,083 unique cell phone numbers may be eligible for the settlement.
The court-approved Concora Credit class action settlement website can be found at SealsTCPASettlement.com.
Concora Credit settlement class members who submit a timely, valid claim form can receive a pro rata cash payment estimated to be between $250 and $650.
The final amount of each class member’s cash payout may be higher or lower depending on the total number of valid claims filed, among other factors.
To submit a Concora Credit settlement claim form online, class members can head to this page and enter the claimant ID and access code found on their copy of the settlement notice.
All Concora Credit settlement claim forms must be submitted online or postmarked by October 19, 2026.
The court will determine whether to grant the Concora Credit settlement final approval following a hearing on November 24, 2026. Settlement money will begin to be distributed to class members only after final approval has been granted and any appeals have been resolved.
The Concora Credit class action lawsuit alleged that the consumer credit services provider violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by placing prerecorded or artificial voice calls to cell phone numbers not associated with a Concora accountholder without express consent.
