An $812,900 Legends Hospitality settlement offers cash and financial monitoring to individuals affected by data breaches in 2024 and 2025.
Legends Hospitality has agreed to an $812,900 settlement to resolve a class action lawsuit that alleged the venue management company failed to protect private information in its care from data breaches in November and December 2024 and January 2025.

The $812,900 Legends Hospitality class action settlement received preliminary approval from the court on June 1, 2026. The deal covers all living United States residents who had information potentially impacted in the data breaches and/or were notified of the incidents by Legends Hospitality.
Court documents state that 16,258 people were affected by the three Legends data breaches.

Legends Hospitality settlement class members who submit a timely, valid claim form can receive up to $5,000 for documented out-of-pocket losses incurred between November 9, 2024 and August 19, 2026 due to the data breaches. This benefit covers losses from identity theft or fraud and costs for credit reports, credit monitoring, freezing or unfreezing credit, replacement IDs, postage, and more.
Class members must submit proof, such as invoices or receipts, to receive a documented-loss payment.
In lieu of a documented-loss payment, class members can file a claim form to receive an estimated $200 cash payment, with no proof required.
The final amount of each class member’s cash payment may be increased or decreased, depending on the total number of valid claims filed, among other factors.
Finally, all class members can submit a claim form to enroll in three years of CyEx Financial Shield Total, which includes financial fraud insurance.
To file a Legends Hospitality settlement claim form online, class members can head to this page and enter the login ID and PIN found on their copy of the settlement notice. Alternatively, class members can download a PDF claim form to print, complete, and return by mail to the settlement administrator.
All Legends Hospitality claim forms must be submitted online or postmarked by August 19, 2026.
The court will determine whether to grant the Legends Hospitality settlement final approval following a hearing on September 3, 2026. Compensation will begin to be distributed to class members only after final approval has been granted and any appeals have been resolved.
The Legends Hospitality class action lawsuit alleged that the company, which provides operational services for stadiums and entertainment venues, failed to implement reasonable cybersecurity measures to protect private information in its care, allegedly leading to three data breaches between November 2024 and January 2025.
Per court documents, sensitive information that may have been compromised in the breaches included names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, government ID numbers, financial information, medical information, and health insurance information.
