$6M Teleflora Settlement Ends Class Action Lawsuit Over Alleged Telemarketing Texts

A $6M Teleflora settlement offers cash to consumers who allegedly received marketing texts while their numbers were on the National Do-Not-Call Registry.
Teleflora LLC has agreed to a $6 million class action settlement to wrap up a lawsuit that alleged the flower delivery service unlawfully sent telemarketing texts to phone numbers on the National Do-Not-Call Registry.

The Teleflora class action settlement received preliminary approval from the court on August 26, 2026. Eligible for the settlement are all individuals throughout the United States who did not provide their phone number to Teleflora and to whom Teleflora delivered, or caused to be delivered, more than one text message within a 12-month period promoting its products or services when the phone number had been registered with the National Do-Not-Call Registry for at least 30 days, from May 9, 2021 through August 26, 2026.
Court documents state that approximately 23,844 telephone numbers are covered by the Teleflora settlement.

Teleflora class members who submit a timely, valid claim form can receive a cash payment of up to $251 for each telephone number for which they were the regular user or subscriber, less each class member’s share of settlement administration expenses and fee awards.
To file a Teleflora settlement claim form online, class members can head to this page and enter the ID and confirmation code found on their copy of the settlement notice. Alternatively, class members can download a PDF claim form to print, complete and return by mail to the settlement administrator.
All Teleflora settlement claim forms must be submitted online or postmarked by November 17, 2026.
The court will determine whether to grant final approval to the Teleflora class action settlement following a hearing on November 25, 2026. Compensation will begin to be distributed to class members only after final approval has been granted and any appeals have been resolved.
The Teleflora class action lawsuit alleged that the flower delivery service wrongfully sent consumers promotional telemarketing text messages without consent while their phone numbers were listed on the National Do-Not-Call Registry, in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
