ABC Legal settlement class members who file a valid, timely claim form can receive up to $5,000 for out-of-pocket losses incurred on or after August 7, 2024 and traceable to the data breach. This benefit covers losses arising from fraud or identity theft and the costs of credit monitoring or identity theft protection services, freezing or unfreezing credit, credit reports, and more.
Class members must submit proof, such as receipts, to receive an out-of-pocket loss payment.
