Albany Park has agreed to a settlement of at least $14,993,930 to wrap up a class action lawsuit that alleged the retailer deceptively promoted online sales by using inflated reference prices for its products.

The Albany Park class action settlement received preliminary approval from the court on May 29, 2026. The agreement covers all individuals nationwide who purchased items from AlbanyPark.com between June 21, 2020 and October 31, 2024.
Court documents state that the class action settlement covers approximately 130,382 people.
The court-approved website for the Albany Park pricing settlement can be found at ChiechiClassActionSettlement.com.
Albany Park settlement class members are automatically eligible to receive a $115 store credit. The credit can be used on any purchase from AlbanyPark.com and can be combined with any other discounts or offers available on the website. The store credit will expire 18 months after activation.
Alternatively, class members can file a valid, timely claim form to receive a $115 cash payment instead of a store credit.
To file an Albany Park settlement claim form online, class members can head to this page and log in using the CPT ID and passcode found on their copy of the settlement notice. Alternatively, class members can download a PDF of the claim form to print, fill out, and return by mail to the settlement administrator.
All Albany Park settlement claim forms must be submitted online or by mail by August 18, 2026.
The court will determine whether to grant final approval to the Albany Park class action settlement following a hearing on October 23, 2026. Compensation will begin to be distributed to class members only after final approval is granted and any appeals are resolved.
The Albany Park class action lawsuit alleged that the online furniture and home goods retailer, when promoting sales, touted higher original or reference prices to persuade consumers into believing that the advertised discounts were greater.
