Filed: June 28, 2023 ◆§ 8:23-CV-01450
A $12.5M class action settlement resolves a lawsuit that alleged Chargebacks911 illegally aided retailers who overcharged consumers for certain keto products.
A $12.5 million class action settlement will end litigation that alleged Chargebacks911 was a key cog in an apparent scheme to overcharge the credit and debit cards of consumers who bought Ultra Fast Keto Boost, Instant Keto or InstaKeto pills, which were also allegedly falsely advertised with fraudulent celebrity endorsements.

The keto pills class action settlement received preliminary court approval on August 14, 2025 and covers anyone nationwide who bought either a three-pack or five-pack of Instant Keto, Ultra Fast Keto Boost or InstaKeto pills.
The court-approved website for the Chargebacks911 keto pills settlement can be found at KetoPillSettlement.com.
Chargebacks911 settlement class members who submit a timely, valid claim form may be able to receive a cash payment. The amount of each class member’s settlement payout will depend on whether the individual is reflected in shipping records or has proof of purchase, and how many qualifying products they bought, the settlement website states.
Consumers who bought a three-pack of keto pill bottles may receive up to $149.91, while those who bought a five-pack may receive up to $238.44, per settlement documents. The settlement website notes that payments may be reduced on a pro rata, or equal share, basis, depending on the total number of valid claims filed.
Consumers who have already received a refund for or successfully charged back their keto pill purchases are not eligible to submit a claim, the class action settlement website says.
Verified members of the class who received notice of the settlement do not need to submit proof of purchase. Those who did not receive a keto pills settlement notice must submit proof along with their claim form.
To submit a keto pills claim form online, class members can visit this page of the settlement website and log in with the unique class member ID found in their copy of the settlement notice.
Alternatively, a PDF of the claim form is available to print, fill out and mail back to the address listed at the bottom of the form.
All claim forms must be submitted online or postmarked by January 2, 2026.
A hearing is scheduled for December 2, 2025 to determine whether the Chargeback911 settlement will receive final approval from the court. Payments will begin to be distributed to class members only after final approval has been granted and any appeals have been resolved.
The Chargeback911 class action lawsuit claimed that the company was the banking lynchpin of an apparent racketeering scheme, whereby Ultra Fast Keto Boost, Instant Keto and InstaKeto pills were falsely advertised with fraudulent celebrity endorsements and then sold by retailers who overcharged consumers’ credit or debit cards on the purchases. For these purchases of “worthless weight-loss pills,” the lawsuit alleged, Chargeback911 helped the retailers disguise and hide their illegal actions from law enforcement and the fraud and dispute departments of consumers’ banks and credit card companies.
