The United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) and Delta Defense have agreed to a $1,450,000 settlement to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging the operators of USConcealedCarry.com shared site visitors’ personal information with third parties, including Meta, by way of tracking software embedded on the website.

The United States Concealed Carry Association class action settlement received preliminary approval from the court on November 17, 2025 and covers all individuals in the United States who had a free or paid account with one of the defendants and visited a page on one of their websites (which include USConcealedCarry.com, academy.USConcealedCarry.com and DeltaDefense.com) that displayed a video behind a paywall or subscription wall between September 21, 2020 and June 2, 2025.
The court-approved website for the USCCA Meta pixel settlement can be found at DeltaVPPASettlement.com.
To submit a USConcealedCarry.com claim form online, settlement class members can head to this page and enter the class member ID and PIN provided on their received copy of the settlement notice. Alternatively, class members may download a PDF claim form from the settlement website to print, fill out, and return by mail to the address of the settlement administrator listed at the top of the document.
Consumers who believe they may be a USCCA settlement class member but did not receive a notice should contact the settlement administrator to confirm their identity and obtain their login information.
All USConcealedCarry.com settlement claim forms must be submitted online or by mail by March 2, 2026.
According to the website, USCCA settlement class members who submit a valid, timely claim form are eligible to receive a one-time, pro-rated cash payment. The final amount of this payment, the agreement notes, will be determined by the total number of valid claims filed and what remains in the net settlement fund after the payment of attorneys’ fees, settlement administration costs, and lead plaintiff service awards.
USCCA class members may elect to receive their payout via check or electronic payment upon filing their claim form, the agreement adds, and all checks must be cashed within 90 days of issuance.
The court will determine whether to grant final approval to the USCCA and Delta Defense class action settlement at a hearing on March 16, 2026. Compensation will begin to be distributed to class members only after final approval is granted and any appeals are resolved.
The USConcealedCarry.com class action lawsuit alleged that the United States Concealed Carry Association and Delta Defense disclosed the personal information of consumers watching videos behind paywalls on their websites to Meta and potentially others via embedded trackers in violation of the Video Privacy Protection Act.
