Kia Nightfall Edition, Instagram Influencers and More Welcome to the latest edition of our newsletter! Our first three stories center around new investigations posted on ClassAction.org. These affect drivers of certain Kia vehicles whose special black trim might be peeling or fading, consumers who rely on Instagram influencers to make certain purchase decisions and those currently or previously employed as installers (or in similar positions) with DisplayMax or FixtureMax. Plus, those who bought deli meat or other products affected by last month’s Boar’s Head listeria recall will want to check out our final story. And, as always, we have the most recent settlements you can claim, plus a reminder for those ending soon. - Ty Armstrong, Writer/Community Manager | If your Kia is equipped with the Nightfall Edition package and you’ve experienced problems with the trim fading, peeling or pitting, you should know that attorneys are investigating whether a defect is to blame and whether a lawsuit could be filed. Attorneys are looking to hear from California, New York and Illinois residents specifically. See what vehicles are included in the investigation, what other drivers have to say about the problem and how you can help the investigation here. | Instagram Influencers: Are Promotions Being Properly Disclosed? Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are still looking into a handful of brands over how they use Instagram influencers to promote their products. Could shoppers be getting misled? If you bought something from Lounge Underwear, Qunol Gummies, Keforma America, Virgin Voyages or Oh Polly (including Neena Swim and Bo&Tee) after seeing the brands being promoted via Instagram influencers, learn more and get in touch over on the investigation page. | New Data Breach Investigations | | Got a data breach notice?
