Lawsuit Investigation
Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the Enroll Confidently data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
On February 13, 2024, Enroll Confidently detected unusual activity within its network. The company secured its systems and launched an investigation to determine the cause and impact of the breach. The investigation revealed that an unauthorized actor had accessed the network on the same date and copied certain files. A review of the compromised files was initiated to identify and catalog the affected information and corresponding individuals.
The data in question varies by individual and may include names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license or state identification numbers, financial account details, medical information and health insurance information. Those impacted by the Enroll Confidently data breach may include individuals who have used the company’s employee benefits enrollment platform.
