WISP, Inc. has agreed to a settlement to conclude a class action lawsuit that alleged the online pharmacy and telehealth provider implemented and used tracking and advertising technologies on HelloWISP.com to share consumers' private communications with third parties without consent.

The WISP class action settlement received preliminary approval from the court on April 14, 2026. The settlement covers all living United States citizens who purchased a product on HelloWISP.com from February 1, 2018 through September 9, 2025.
The court-approved website for the WISP data tracking settlement can be found at WISPClassSettlement.com.
WISP settlement class members who file a valid, timely claim form can receive an $18 cash payment from the deal.
To file a WISP settlement claim form online, class members can head to this page and log in using the class member ID found on their copy of the settlement notice. Alternatively, class members can download a PDF of the claim form to print, fill out, and return by mail to the settlement administrator.
All WISP settlement claim forms must be submitted online or by mail by July 13, 2026.
The court will determine whether to grant final approval to the WISP class action settlement following a hearing on August 5, 2026. Compensation will begin to be distributed to class members only after final approval is granted and any appeals are resolved.
The WISP class action lawsuit claimed that the online pharmaceutical company shared the private information of HelloWISP.com customers with third-party advertisers by way of embedded analytics technologies, including the Meta Pixel, without prior consent, in violation of the federal Electronic Communications Privacy Act, Florida Security of Communications Act and California Invasion of Privacy Act.
