Settlement class members who file a valid, timely claim form can receive up to $2,500 for documented out-of-pocket losses incurred between August 18, 2025 and October 1, 2026 due to the NJ Lenders data breach. This benefit covers expenses stemming from identity theft and fraud and costs for credit reports, credit monitoring, freezing/unfreezing credit, replacing IDs and more.

As part of the settlement, all class members can enroll in one year of CyEx Financial Shield Complete, which includes financial fraud insurance and monitoring for fraud and identity theft, unauthorized financial transactions, and more. CyEx enrollment codes have been sent to all class members, and activation instructions will be shared once the class action settlement receives final approval from the court.
