A Florida man has filed a class action against Tremont Towing over the company's alleged failure to pay him proper overtime wages.
A Florida man has filed a class action against Tremont Towing over the company’s alleged failure to pay him proper overtime wages. The plaintiff, who was employed by the defendants between March 2015 through October 2016, claims he worked roughly 65 hours per week without receiving time-and-one-half overtime pay. Further, the complaint notes the defendants have previously been sued over their alleged failure to pay overtime wages.
