An individual employed as a roadside technician by Deerfield Roadside, LLC has filed a proposed class action against the company and one individual defendant over alleged violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The plaintiff claims that during his tenure working for the defendants, from 2014 through the present, he was not paid at the correct overtime rate of one-and-a-half times his regular hourly rate of pay.
