The court-approved website for the Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare data sharing settlement can be found at TallahasseePixelSettlement.com.
Per the settlement website, TMH settlement class members who submit a timely, valid claim form are eligible to receive a one-time cash payment of $17. Class members may elect to receive their payout via check or electronic payment, the agreement adds, and all checks must be cashed within 90 days after issuance before expiration
In addition to a cash payout, the settlement site adds that all TMH class members are also eligible to enroll in two free years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete, which includes one-bureau credit monitoring.
To submit a claim form online, class members can head to this page and enter the unique ID and PIN found on their copy of the settlement notice. Alternatively, class members can download a PDF of the claim form from the settlement website, complete it, and return it by mail to the address of the settlement administrator on the second page of the document.
All TMH settlement claim forms must be submitted online or postmarked by February 9, 2026.
The court will decide whether to grant final approval to the TMH settlement at a hearing on March 2, 2026. Compensation will begin to be distributed only after final approval is granted and all appeals are resolved.
The Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare class action lawsuit alleged that the healthcare provider embedded tracking pixels on its patient portal website that supposedly transmitted personal patient information to third parties, including Facebook and Google, in violation of the Florida Security of Communications Act and the Electronic Communication Privacy Act.
